This is a scripted single player mission for the Kiowa Warrior that takes place on the Syria map. It involves engaging ground targets as well as operating as AFAC from the Kiowa platform wherein you will lase targets for AI F-16’s. Mission runtime is ~1hr to 1.5hr and it is a medium difficulty mission. This mission includes about 60 AI voice overs and some light scripting for effects.

At approximately 0500 this morning Outpost Yeti reported an attack on their position by a large number of insurgent forces. Yeti reported accurate small arms fire and multiple mechanized units closing on them before going dark. At the same time reports came in of a train derailment, explosions, and gunfire about one half mile West of Yeti. The train in question has military cargo onboard. It is unknown if the two reports are linked but it is highly likely that they are.
QRF Bravo are being mustered here at Osman and QRF Alpha at Outpost Baker. Our task is going to scout the scene and support QRF Alpha and Bravo to reach Outpost Yeti and determine what the status of the outpost is. Any insurgent forces in the area are armed and do not immediately surrender can be engaged.
Currently 561 is the only operable bird with 179 and 976 requiring maintenance before they are go. As such, 561 will be singleton flight, Spur 1-1. Spur 1-1 will expedite start up and takeoff, fly to Outpost Baker via Gate. QRF Alpha will depart toward the train tunnel. Spur 1-1 will establish a Battle Point with a view of the train location and asses the situation and engage any insurgent forces at the site. Once it is safe Spur 1-1 will clear QRF Alpha to push forward to clear and secure the area. Spur 1-1 will repeat this process at For Yeti.
Airforce F-16C CAS flight, Ford 1-1, are spooling up out of Incirlik and should be on station within 30 min. Weather will likely require Type 2 CAS with broken clouds between 7,000 and 10,000 feet.
QRF Bravo is departing immediately and will reach the train site 35 minutes after departing. QRF Alpha will depart when Spur 1-1 reaches Outpost Baker. The 179 Bird will depart as soon as maintenance is complete.
