This Mod contains different flyable versions of the F-16, with player usable period appropriate weapons (of course with limitations), as well as flight performance adjustments. This is a limited re-release of the Viper Variations Mod updated to DCS 2.9.9
This is a limited re-release of the Viper Variations Mod updated to DCS 2.9.9, limited in the sense of less content, since the original mod has become to big and cumbersome to keep up to date. It comes with some minor improvements and a complete overhaul of all additional weapons.
This Mod "only" includes the F-16A Block 15 and the F-16V Block 70. The Installation works the same way as it did with the Viper Variations Mod, a detailed Installation guide is included in the Read me file.
One of the biggest changes is that with the installation of the Block 70 now also comes the GBU-39 for the F/A-18C Hornet. Another big change is, this mod is now self-contained, there are no other mods needed to enjoy it to its full extent.
The alternative MFD colours are now separated from the main installation files and can be installed independently, if someone wishes to do so.

This Mod breaks integrity check and modifies several core game files, all of which can be restored by running a repair. For the Mod to work, you have to have the F-16C Block 50 Module. The installation will replace the Block 50 and many of the weapons of the F-16, for example the AIM-9M with something else, this change will of course also be true for other aircraft, which use these weapons like the F/A-18C or F-15C.
Of course this Mod has inaccuracies and is limited by the restrictions of the F-16 Module. The most obvious inaccuracy is probably the cockpit, but I neither have the ability nor the time to make the 3D models for those, so we will have to work with the default one. I tried to simulate the lack of MFDs in the early F-16 variant by removing functionality from the right MFD.
