Maps the TM Warthog controller to the A-10C and currently adds the following functionality (via stick pinky paddle):
in-flight curve switching, Track-IR control, NVG toggle, Teamspeak press to talk.
Stick axes rotation has been applied to facilitate the use as a center stick.
