Defenders of Banak - F-16 Combat Air Patrol with random bandits

We're in 2010. Banak is constantly under attack by Russian forces and the RNoAF has established a squadron of F-16s to do CAP, defending the town of Lakselv and the airbase Banak.

In the past we've seen Su-34, MiG-29 and Tu-95, but that doesn't single out any other Russian aircraft.

A prior shift of two F-16s are inbound (Dodge). They are low on fuel, but they will assist you if there are any current threats.

Get ready for your 45 minute shift.

Cockpit of the MiG-21bis with a unique gray-blue color scheme. The distinctive feature of this texture is the most accurate lighting, which is especially noticeable at night or in overcast weather when the brightness of the surfaces adequately corresponds to the brightness of the external environment—as much as possible.
I also want to note the proper functioning of the light indicators. I haven’t eliminated the glare, but all of them work just like in the original.
The screenshots were taken without SSAO and global cockpit lighting. Shadows are set to medium.

In an audacious full court press, Russia will attempt to annex the entirety of Finland’s border with Russia to create a 25km wide buffer zone against NATO armament, or at the very least create the conditions to force NATO to rethink it’s modus operandi. We all pray history will not remember this as the beginning of WW3.

Mission Overview:
Tensions have been rising in the Persian Gulf as pirate activity escalates in the vicinity of Abu Musa Island. Intelligence reports suggest an imminent threat to civilian maritime traffic in the area. A forward-deployed mothership, has been tasked with launching a counter-piracy operation to safeguard vital shipping lanes.

Your mission is to patrol the waters near Abu Musa and Sirri Island, in a formation of Gazelle helicopters. You will identify and neutralize any hostile activity threatening civilian or military vessels. Exercise caution; the pirates are reported to be heavily armed and may attempt ambushes.

A fiction-based mission by ManLo, Delta Force Hellas.
