HOW TO INSTALL
Extract the downloaded archive, then copy the "AH-64D_BLK_II" folder into your "Saved Games\DCS (or DCS.openbeta)\KNEEBOARD\" directory. You may need to create the "KNEEBOARD" folder if it doesn't exist.
