Testing Ground, below you on Tunb Kochak are numerous ground targets of different armor ratings for A/G testing on, a DE radar installation for HARM practice as well as 3x SU-27 that will orbit Tunb Kochak, and 2x AN-26 that will cross-over Tunb Kochak and fly North-East. All aircraft will not engage the player. All you need to change is what aircraft you want to fly in the mission editor and its armament.
