Las Vegas is under attack from all sides by Russian armored divisions. The primary locations of these attacks are near Moapa (north eastern AO), Creech AFB (north western AO, Creech AFB is held by the Russians) and Pahrump (western AO).

This is a MP mission with both sides flyable (can also be played in SP, A2A mission activates only if F-15C, M-2000C, Mig-29A or Su-27 clients active, SEAD mission activates only if Su-25T/AV-8Bs clients active)

EDIT 3/29/2018: Completely reworked mission with both sides now flyable, and expanded helicopter operations.

Situation: Russian forces are pitted against a coalition of US and French forces. Las Vegas is under attack from all sides by Russian armored divisions. The primary locations of these attacks are near Moapa (north eastern AO), Creech AFB (north western AO, Creech AFB is held by the Russians) and Pahrump (western AO). Both sides rely heavily both on helicopter forces and airpower. The air battle is largely fought by F-15 and Mirage 2000-C aircraft on the blue side and Mig-29A and Su-27 on the red side. The blue side has  AV-8B and A-10C CAS fighter assets. AV-8Bs also provide some SEAD capability. The red side has  Su-25 CAS fighter assets.Su-25Ts also provide SEAD capability.

Blue task:

Eliminate Russian armored divisions. CAS flights are supported by JTAC and AFAC.

North eastern AO: JTAC Axeman, 31 MHz FM, AFAC Enfield 126 MHz AM
North western AO: JTAC Darknight, 32 MHz FM, AFAC Springfield 127 MHz AM
Western AO: JTAC Warrier, 33 MHz FM, AFAC Uzi 128 MHz AM

Three FARPs are being erected (and are almost operational) near the AOs to add helicopter CAS capability to the battle field. Make a FARP operational by sling-loading in supplies (see briefing image for location) from Nellis. Once the cargo has been delivered, the Gazelle flight at the FARP will be unlocked, becoming available for a client to fly into battle. Also the FARP will be populated with friendly support units and SAMs. One friendly armoured group per AO has run out of materiel and needs to be resupplied by helicopter sling load before it can rejoin the battle.  Use F10 menu to get status update on sling load tasks.

One enemy armoured group per AO has run out of materiel and is being resupplied by truck convoy before it can rejoin the battle.  Eliminate these truck convoys. Use F10 menu to get status update on the latest truck convoy sightings.

UH-1H flights:
You are tasked with CSAR [use F10 menu to see CSAR list]. Rescue a pilot by flying to its location (an infantry soldier is used as a stand-in) and land within 100 m. If pilot ejected over water, you won't see the stand-in (he is on the sea floor), use flare marker (F10 menu) instead. If landing is not possible, e.g. in a heavily wooded area or over water, hover over downed pilot for 10s at 25 - 35 m AGL. Return the rescued pilots to an active MASH. You may also be called upon to rescue sailors from vessels in distress.
You are also tasked with air assault. Load soldiers using the F10 menu. The objective is to capture enemy bases. This is done by eliminating all enemy forces from the base, and landing our troops there (use F10 to offload troops). You can request a heavily armed escort helicopter (F-10 menu) to assist you in this task, also your wingman is configured as a gunship. You can also drop troops to engage enemy infantry or air defenses, and drop MANPADS. Use F-10 menu 'CSAR air mobility tasks' for further info.
There are active and inactive MASHs in the mission. Drop rescued pilots at an active MASH. You can turn inactive MASHs into active ones by supplying them by sling load (located at FARP London and FARP Paris).

M-2000C flights:
Provide air cover for the CAS flights, and eliminate all enemy fighters in the area. Expected red aircraft are Mig-29As, Su-27s and Su-25s.

blue flights are on 125 AM
blue escorts (once requested) are on 124 AM
