Viper pilots! Tired of reaching for your mouse to use the ICP but don't want to buy extra hardware? This profile maps the F-16's ICP controls to the numeric keypad of the US 104-key default keyboard. The default bindings are still available with LCTRL.
This is for anyone who wants a quicker way to use the Viper ICP but isn't ready to buy a separate device or doesn't have room for one. It's made selecting steerpoints, frequency changes, TACAN config, and especially manually entering steerpoints 1000 times easier for me.
This file puts the F-16's ICP at your fingertips by remapping the numpad, cursor keys, and Page Up/Down on the right side of the keyboard to those functions. The default view and keyboard flight controls for those keys are remapped to work with the left Ctrl key.
A few notes:
- Will replace all your keyboard bindings, not just the affected keys, so be sure to back up your current keyboard config first! All other bindings are DCS default.
- If you have a compact keyboard that doesn't have a built in numpad, this will only give you quick access to the dobber and rocker switches.
- This is for the default US QWERTY keyboard layout. I don't know how it would work with a different layout.
- Doesn't include bindings for AA and AG master modes because I have them bound to my HOTAS.
