This file installs the default tanker voice along with a female tanker voice.
Run the installer and point it to Typically C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Sounds\Speech\Sound\ENG\Common\<br />

The installer will overwrite and add the Tanker folder.
